The project is implemented by the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM) in partnership with the International Center for Advancement of Women in Business (ICAWB) aims to promote the economic and social skills of women especially  those from rural areas, by reducing gender inequality and increasing their access to financial resources, innovative services, technologies and development opportunities.

The project was launched in February 2017 and has a continuity of 18 months. Within the project, 300  women entrepreneurs  from Moldova  benefit of a training program on how to make more efficient their company business model and orient their companies to new markets, including exporting. At the end of the training, 6,000 EURO grants will be awared to 10 selected women entrepreneurs. The grants will be used for company development.  For the first time in Moldova, within the framework of this project will be approved elements of european training program PLATO. It involves the transfer of knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs to entrepreneurs who want to grow, while successful entrepreneurs have the opportunity to share the experiences and secrets of their activity. 15 Women entrepreneurs from Ungheni were trained within the project.
